Out of Pocket Expenses

The Declaration Form (WP34C) no longer has a box for completion when claiming Out of Pocket expenses.  Instead, please endorse the script to which the claim refers with the relevant amount (please do not include VAT).  There is no need to submit invoices in support of expenses claims.
