National Electronic Claim and Audit Forms (NECAF)

NECAF update 01 May 2025: Access to claiming for Quality, Workforce & Continuity, which were part of the CPCF agreed in previous years,  has been closed since the beginning of May 2025 pending the outcome of the 25/26 CPCF negotiations.  Contractors are advised to keep data from 01 April relating to these schemes, as depending on the outcome of the 25/26 negotiations, they may be re-introduced and backdated to 01 April 2025. Any new or revised schemes will be communicated once negotiations have concluded.

Community pharmacies can continue to make reimbursement claims for the following via NECAF:

  • Pharmacy Independent Prescribing Service (PIPS)
  • Supervised Consumption
  • Help Me Quit level 2 and 3
  • Sharps Box Services
  • Just In Case Packs
  • Collaborative Working
  • Community Pharmacy Cluster Lead payments

NECAF can also be used to submit services availability information daily via the Availability Tool.
